What makes automation stick

Four things every automation needs

Plenty of automation projects start. Most don't last six months. These four are why ours do.

Process Mapping

We map the workflow before touching any tools. What gets automated, what stays human, and where AI judgment actually fits.

Integration

Built inside the systems you already use. CRM, ERP, email, document store, internal APIs. Your team learns nothing new.

Reliability

Runs the same way every time, even when inputs aren't. Error handling, alerting, and audit trails on every step. You'll know what happened and why.

Impact

Measured in hours back, errors down, throughput up. We scope every automation against the dollar value of the work it replaces.

FAQ

FAQ

What you need to know

What kind of work can you automate?

If a person on your team does it the same way twice, we can probably automate it. Document-heavy work (contracts, invoices, tenders), routing and triage (emails, leads, tickets), reporting (data pulls, summaries), and cross-system orchestration are the most common. If you're unsure where the hours go, that's what the audit is for.

How is this different from regular automation or RPA?

RPA scripts break when forms change, when wording shifts, when judgment is needed. AI automation reads context, handles variation, and asks for human input when it should. You get the reliability of automation with the flexibility of having a smart person doing it.

How long does it take to ship?

Two to four weeks for most automations. Discovery and design in the first few days, build and integration over the next two weeks, testing and handover at the end. Complex multi-step workflows take longer, simple ones ship faster.

How do you keep automations safe and compliant?

We run on your infrastructure or trusted EU/US cloud. No customer data trains foundation models. We design for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 environments and work with your security team from day one. Every automation has logging, alerting, and a kill switch you control.

Turn your manual decisions into intelligent operations

We replace manual workflows with automation that runs inside the systems you already have. Start with one workflow. First results in days, full automation in 2-4 weeks.
