Does this replace our data warehouse or BI stack?

No. We are not here to rebuild your data warehouse, your dashboards, or your BI tooling, and we are not a data-platform consultancy. We work alongside whatever you already run and prepare just the slice of data your AI needs to work. If you have no warehouse, that is fine too, we connect directly to the sources the AI depends on.

For a focused use case, a retrieval-ready data layer typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, the same pace as the rest of what we ship. Larger or messier estates take longer, but we always scope to get your first AI working fast rather than boiling the ocean. You see the pipeline take shape week by week.

Do we need this before building agents?

Usually yes, at least for the data those agents touch. An agent that cannot reach clean, connected data will give confident but wrong answers. We often do the data work and the agent build together, so the data is shaped exactly around what the AI needs rather than as a separate project.

Yes. We work within your environment and access controls, keep data where you need it to stay, and handle personal data in line with GDPR.
