The problem

Every missed call is a lost customer.

Calls go to voicemail

After hours, during the rush, or when staff are busy, callers hang up and book elsewhere.

Reception is expensive

A front desk that covers every hour costs real salary, and still takes breaks.

No record of the call

Bookings get missed, follow-ups forgotten, and you can’t see why calls don’t convert.

What it does

A receptionist that never clocks off.

02

Books & reschedules

Reads your calendar, books, reschedules and sends confirmations automatically.

03

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Will it sound robotic?

No. It uses a natural, low-latency voice and speaks in your tone of voice, so most callers will not realise it is AI. It handles interruptions and follow-up questions like a person would, and the moment a call genuinely needs a human it hands off warmly rather than dead-ending the caller.

Does it work with our phone system and calendar?

Yes. We keep your existing phone number and connect to your current calendar and CRM rather than asking you to replace anything. The agent reads live availability, writes bookings back, and logs every call into the system you already use, so your team sees the same data they always have.

What happens with calls it cannot handle?

When a request falls outside what it should answer, it transfers or routes the caller to the right person and passes a short summary of the conversation so far. Nothing gets dropped or lost in a queue, and the human picks up with full context instead of starting from scratch. You decide upfront which topics always go to a person.

Which languages does it speak?

Any language your callers use, switching automatically based on how the caller speaks. Most Dutch setups run in Dutch, English and German out of the box, and we can add others if your customer base needs them. The voice and tone stay consistent across every language.

How accurate is it, and what if it makes a mistake?

For booking, qualifying and routing it is highly reliable because it works from your real calendar and rules, not guesswork. If it is ever unsure, it asks a clarifying question or escalates rather than inventing an answer. Every call is recorded and summarised, so you can review edge cases and we tune the behaviour from there.

How long until it is live?

A focused receptionist setup is typically live within 2–4 weeks, depending on how many integrations and call flows you need. We start with your most common call types, get those right in production, then expand. You see a working version early rather than waiting months for a big-bang launch.

What does it cost to run?

Pricing has a one-time build for the setup and integrations, plus a monthly fee that covers hosting, call minutes and ongoing tuning. For most clients it costs less than a part-time front-desk hire while covering every hour of the day. We size it to your call volume in the first call so there are no surprises.
