Sales & Account Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can open doors, build relationships and close deals for AI projects that make a real difference for clients. You’ll own the sales pipeline for custom AI solutions aimed at Dutch mid-market companies, working directly with the CEO.
What you’ll do
- Identify target companies and build prospect lists — LinkedIn, email and your network.
- Qualify leads by assessing genuine opportunity fit.
- Lead discovery calls and first meetings, solo or alongside the CEO.
- Maintain and organise the sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Hand off qualified opportunities to the CEO, or lead closing as you grow.
- Nurture prospect relationships through longer sales cycles.
- Report market feedback — objections, client problems and competitor activity.
What you bring
- 3–7 years in B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Track record of hitting targets in consultancy, agency or solution-selling roles.
- Experience selling to mid-market companies, ideally in the Netherlands.
- Strong pipeline-building and prospecting capabilities.
- Able to lead discovery conversations and turn needs into commercial opportunities.
- CRM proficiency and a structured approach to pipeline management.
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and innovation.
- Fluent Dutch and strong English.
Nice to have
- Technology, software or consulting sales background.
- Existing network within Dutch mid-market sectors.
- AI or automation affinity (technical knowledge not required).
