AI/ML Engineer

Design, build and optimise intelligent agents and automation systems for real business problems. You’ll work hands-on with multi-model AI agents and RAG systems with measurable client impact, starting as a strong individual contributor and growing toward architectural leadership.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement multi-step, multi-model AI agents with complex task flows.
- Build and optimise RAG systems for agentic use cases — chunking and retrieval.
- Create automation workflows in n8n integrating AI models, APIs and processes.
- Use LangSmith for observability, debugging and performance optimisation.
- Apply fine-tuning methods including PEFT and LoRA.
- Manage training dataset collection, curation and optimisation.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, reliability and user satisfaction.
- Continuously improve prompt design, retrieval strategies and fine-tuning.
What you bring
- Proven experience with LangSmith and n8n.
- Strong Python background building production AI systems.
- Hands-on RAG architecture and chunking optimisation experience.
- Strong prompt engineering across multiple AI models.
- Solid understanding of agentic RAG and multi-step reasoning.
- Model fine-tuning expertise (PEFT, LoRA).
- Experience with EVAL and performance-measurement systems.
- Familiarity with multi-model orchestration and AI design.
- Fluent Dutch and strong English.
Nice to have
- Autonomous agents in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge agent frameworks.
- Understanding of reinforcement learning.
