Capture the bookings you used to lose.
Hotels, restaurants, gyms and venues lose revenue to missed calls, no-shows and unanswered reviews. We build AI agents that answer every call in the guest’s language, book and remind to fill the calendar, and reply to every review around the clock. The result is captured bookings that used to slip away after hours, fewer empty slots, and a review presence that keeps demand flowing.
Hotels · Restaurants · Gyms · Leisure
Every missed call and empty slot is lost revenue.
Calls go to voicemail
After hours and during the rush, callers can’t get through and book somewhere that picks up. Each missed call is a booking handed to a competitor, and the busiest times, when staff are least free to answer, are exactly when the most calls come in.
No-shows leave gaps
Reservations and bookings slip without reminders, and last-minute cancellations stay empty. An empty table or room at peak time is revenue you can never get back, and the waitlist that could have filled it never gets called.
Reviews drive bookings, and pile up
Ratings on Google and Booking.com shape demand, but replying to all of them never gets done. Unanswered reviews tell prospective guests nobody is paying attention, and a stack of silent negatives quietly drags down the score that fills your rooms.
Answered, booked and replied to, around the clock.
Answer every call
An AI receptionist picks up 24/7 in your guest’s language, answers the common questions about hours, location and availability, and books on the spot. No call goes to voicemail and no booking is lost to a competitor who simply answered first, even at 11pm or mid-service.
See the solutionFill the calendar
It books reservations over WhatsApp or email, sends smart reminders that cut no-shows and fills cancellations from the waitlist automatically. Guests self-serve a time that works, and the gaps that used to stay empty get backfilled without anyone making calls.
See the solutionReply to every review
It monitors Google, Booking.com and Trustpilot and drafts an on-brand reply to each new review for your approval. Every guest feels heard, your public pages show an attentive operator, and unhappy reviews get a measured response that protects the score driving your bookings.

Frequently asked questions
Will guests be able to tell they are talking to AI, and will it feel impersonal?
It answers naturally, in your guest’s own language, and is built to handle the common questions and bookings smoothly rather than to deceive anyone. For anything it cannot handle, it hands off cleanly to your team with the context, so a real person picks up where it makes sense. Most guests simply experience a venue that answers instantly at any hour, which beats a voicemail.
How is this different from the booking widget our system already has?
A widget waits for guests to find it and fill it in; our agent actively answers the phone, chats on WhatsApp, handles the back-and-forth and books on the spot. It also chases no-shows with reminders and works the waitlist to fill cancellations, which a passive form cannot do. It captures the bookings that would otherwise slip away after hours or during the rush.
How long until something is live?
A first use case, often the AI receptionist or the booking flow, is typically live in 2 to 4 weeks. We connect it to your calendar and booking system, set it up in your languages and tone, and test it on real scenarios before it goes live. You see it working for your venue quickly.
What does a typical project cost?
Most venues start with one use case in the low thousands of euros to build, plus a monthly fee for hosting and usage. Set against even a few recovered bookings a week and the cost of missed calls, it usually pays for itself fast. We size the first project so the return is easy to see before you expand it across locations.
Will it work across multiple locations and our existing tools?
Yes. We build on top of the booking, calendar and review tools you already use, and it can handle several locations with their own hours, languages and rules. Each venue gets the right context, and reviews and bookings route to the right place. If you run an unusual system we can usually integrate with it.
Do we own what you build, and how is guest data handled?
You own the workflows, prompts and integrations, documented so there is no lock-in. Guest data is processed on EU infrastructure under a data-processing agreement, used only to handle the booking or enquiry in front of it, and never used to train shared public models. You keep control over retention and access.
